T-Mobile Mobile Phone Stores

Search for your nearest mobile phone store by network or search for all mobile phone stores near you.

Use the form above to search for your nearest mobile phone store. We will tell you the closest mobile phone stores to your location. We will list the ten closest mobile phone stores to your postcode, within a ten mile radius. Occasionally, there may not be ten mobile phone stores near to your location, in which case we will display just those within a ten mile radius.

While we strive to keep the information on mobile phone stores up to date, new stores open and some stores close with little or no notice (often due to unforeseen circumstances). We advise you to call the store or visit the store's website prior to making your journey so that you can confirm opening times and availability of mobile phones. If you want to give your PAC code to a network, this can usually be done on-line using the network's appropriate form. Links to the networks' websites are provided in the search for your convenience.

If you find that some of the information we are providing is out of date, please feel free to contact us and we will get the information amended accordingly. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide searches for stores in Northern Ireland. This issue will be fixed very soon.

Switching to T-Mobile

If you would like to switch to T-Mobile and you would like to keep your current mobile phone number, you will need a PAC code (porting authorisation code) from your current mobile phone network. This will allow you to transfer your mobile phone number from your current provider to T-Mobile.

The process for transferring your mobile phone number from your current network to T-Mobile is termed mobile number portability, or mobile number porting. It's quick, FREE and very easy to do - use our handy tool above to obtain your PAC code (porting authorisation code). You can order your new phone and contract from T-Mobile before you receive your PAC code, so long as you give your PAC code to T-Mobile as soon as you have it. It usually takes a couple of days to receive the PAC code, and a few days for the number to port (transfer) over to T-Mobile.

Why switch to T-Mobile?

Quite simply, switching mobile phone networks will often save you money!

New mobile phone tariffs come out all the time as mobile phone technology becomes cheaper and more competitive. Switching from your current mobile phone network to T-Mobile will allow you to take advantage of the new tariffs available and also allow you to upgrade your phone.

And best of all... You can keep your existing mobile phone number when switching to T-Mobile by requesting your PAC code from your current provider. This saves you having to give out a new mobile phone number if you change networks!
