T-Mobile Fully Unlimited tariff lands this week30 January 2012
'The Full Monty' gives you texts, calls and internets with zero restrictions
T-Mobile has launched its new 'simple, straightforward' smartphone contract, offering fully unlimited texts, calls and data. The new 24 month contracts (nicknamed 'The Full Monty') land on 1 February and promise 'absolutely no caps', for peace of mind.
The T-Mobile Full Monty contracts start at £36 per month, and you have a choice of free handsets including the HTC Sensation XE and the Samsung Galaxy S II. You can also bag an iPhone 4S from £99. We've included a full breakdown of available contracts at the end of this piece.
T-Mobile is also offering free unlimited Wi-Fi to all Full Monty contract holders, using BT OpenZone and exisiting T-Mobile hotspots.
When asked how the T-Mobile network would handle the increased data load, head of proposition Ben Fritsch stated that joining with Orange has given the company the kind of network capability to offset a deal like this. Currently there are no plans to roll out the deal to Orange customers, but existing T-Mobile customers can migrate (sans handset) providing it's a step up in price from their current contract.
T-Mobile has no current plans to extend this deal to SIM-only customers.
