LG Optimus 2X sells out in a day07 April 2011
Word's first dual-core processor smartphone available from Carphone Warehouse this week
We liked it and seemingly you liked it too. LG has announced that it's powerful LG Optimus 2X sold out at mobile distributor Data Select within one day of going on sale when it was launched on Saturday 2 April. Phones 4u also claimed that they had enjoyed impressive sales of the Android toting device. Carphone Warehouse will be hoping for similar success when they begin selling the LG Optimus 2X this week.
The first smartphone to sport a dual-core processor, LG partnered with graphics processor NVIDIA to produce the super-speedy LG Optimus 2X. A dual-core Tegra 2 system is also present helping preserve power consumption while maintaining a high performance.
The LG Optimus 2x is available free from just £25 (per month) or for £399.95 (pay as you go) at Phones4u. At Carphone Warehouse, the smartphone is available from £399.95 (pay as you go) or £30 (per month).
