Which? asked 6,135 members to rate their network on a range of different factors, from customer service to value for money. They were also asked if they would recommend their provider and their level of satisfaction. Vodafone was rated the worst, getting only a one star rating for customer service, technical support and value for money.
EE, the largest UK mobile network, was also ranked in the bottom providers in the country. EE only received a quarter of positive feedback.
Out of the 13 networks included in the Which? survey, the smaller networks came out on top!
giffgaff was ranked the best network in the survey, with nearly all their customers rating value for money as good or excellent.
This is the 7th year running for giffgaff in the top spot, as seeing as the network is 10 years old, it is clear giffgaff is a firm favourite in the UK.
